3-Day Marrakech to Fez Desert Tour Camel Trek & Atlas Mountains Adventure

The tour begins in Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi-n-Tichka pass. Along the way, you visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a historic fortified village famous for its mud-brick architecture and film appearances. The route continues through Ouarzazate, known as the “Gate of the Sahara,” and the stunning Dades Valley, where you can admire the “Road of 1000 Kasbahs” and stay overnight near the dramatic Dades Gorge

After breakfast, the journey proceeds to the Todra Gorges, a spectacular canyon with towering limestone walls ideal for hiking and photography. Then you travel to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert’s Erg Chebbi dunes. Here, you embark on a memorable camel trek at sunset, riding across the golden sand dunes to reach a Berber desert camp where you enjoy traditional Moroccan hospitality and an overnight stay under the stars

Wake early to witness the sunrise over the dunes and enjoy a camel ride back to Merzouga.
